Hey I'm re-typing this again comment if you all want to edit anything okay :D so I can fill up our Cell Book. I've not write our cell book yet so this is a draft. I'll officially fill up the cell book tomorrow which is Sunday according to what's written here as well as comments and no more changes will be done. There are some words which you all might be curious on so I'll put a glossary for you girls. This is to make our study group even more interesting so if you all want it in understandable language then tell me k?

Aim : To achieve good grade and improve ourselves (each person have to give one aim)

Vow : Never give up (each person have to give one vow)

Stickler a.k.a. Rules
1. For all managers passing percentage is 90% (as you are the manager you should know better than the others.
2. For all lipsters passing percentage is 80% (as you should study)
3. For all failures you'll have to redo the feedback for the proposal and also do the feedback for the new proposal. In simpler words, you'll need to do two feedbacks for the week for failing the passing percentage.
4. If lipsters or managers continuing to fail on the feedbacks then you'll have to do Infraproposal for the following weeks.
5. All managers have to submit their proposals on the date set and not later than that or action will be taken.
6. Proposal submitted will either be photocopied by managers for now
7. Early proposals will be filed up accordingly.
8. Feedback from the proposals by the Lipsters have to be submitted on the date set as well or action will be taken.
9. Anyone who wishes to join this cell will have to sign the Lip-Stick to but this is only between the Lipsters with a role play name just like Alex the manager for Ramsters is actually one of us. A sample of Lip-Stick will be shown so you'll understand better.
10. Any Lipsters who fails to follow these Sticklers then you'll be either banned from the cell or given tasks by any of the manager.
